AcuGraph Staged Payments Agreement

ACUGRAPH STAGED PAYMENT PLAN SPECIFIC TERMS & CONDITIONS.

• This offer is only applicable to orders over €1000 net of VAT and any other charges
• This payment option is ONLY AVAILABLE WHEN PURCHASING AN ACUGRAPH UNIT.
• We work with Realex Payments and Ulster Bank Streamline to provide this service and the following conditions apply
  • We take your Credit Card or Debit Card details and eneter them into the Secure Realex Payments On Line Payment Terminal
  • We then take an initial payment of 25% of the Total Order Value plus the €85 Administration Charge, fee is exclusive of VAT
  • On a Monthly Basis we charge your Credit or Debit Card for 1/6 of the remaining value until your balance has been cleared
• Until the final payment totalling 100% of your order value is paid NO Invoice will be issued
• Until the final payment totalling 100% of your order value is paid all title and ownership of all products purchased will remain with AcuGraph Europe Limited
• In the event of any default on payment AcuGraph Europe Limited reserves the right to withdraw any services associated with any of the relevant products
• In the event of services being withdrawn AcuGraph Europe will not reinstate these services until such time as the total remaining balance has been deposited in our Bank Account either by Credit or Debit Card Payment or by Bank Transfer. No Cheques or Money Orders will be accepted.
• AcuGraph Europe Limited reserve the right to change these Terms & Conditions and advise all customers to consult with this page on our Web Site www.AcuGraph Europe.com for the latest conditions pertaining to this sale.
• In the event that you should wish to return your AcuGraph you can do so within 30 days of your purchase date. We will then refund you your initial payment minus the Administration fee and Shipping Charges which  are non refundable. This only applies to AcuGraph and not to any other products listed on our Web Store.
• Your AcuGraph is guaranteed for 1 year and any additional warranty beyond this time needs to be purchased separately.

• By providing AcuGraph Europe Limited with your Credit ro Debit Card details you acknowledge and agreee to be bound by the terms of this agreement. If you do not agree to these terms then please do not proceed with this agreement as the terms will not be modified at a later point.
• Any breach of this agreement will be dealt with under the terms of the laws of the Republic of Ireland.

How to calculate your monthly payment to AcuGraph Europe. Add your order to your shopping cart. Select the appropriate shipping choice for your order Select AcuGraph Staged Payments (Pay for your AcuGraph over 6 Months) as your payment type Proceed to the checkout where you will see your final price.
To calculate your initial payment. Take the Sub Total value of your products and multiply them by .25 which will equal 25% of the product value. (A) Add the Shipping Charge. (B) Add the €85 administration fee (C) Add 23% VAT if you are not VAT registered otherwise skip to the next step. This is your initial payment value Take the 25% figure established in step 1 and take this amount away form the total value of your products Divide this figure by 5 (This is the total amount you will pay for payments 2-6)   Add 23% VAT if you are not VAT registered.
