Remote Support
When contacting AcuGraph Europe for Support it may not be possible to resolve your particular issue over the telephone. In this case a Support Engineer may need to log into your computer remotely and provide assistance directly to you.
To achieve this we use an application called "Team Viewer". This application allows us to take control of your computer ONLY after you have provided us with your UNIQUE User ID and Password. This method is 100% secure and only allows us access once you have provided us with the appropriate information.
