Do I have to pay to become a Reseller Partner?
There is no fee required to work with AcuGraph Europe as a Reseller Partner
Who is responsible for Taxes?
As you will be purchasing directly from AcuGraph Europe the Reseller Partner is responsible for a applicable Income Taxes, VAT and other taxes incurred in the sales process.
How much inventory am I required to carry?
You are not required to carry any inventory for sale. You can simply pass your order to us and once we have received the appropriate funds we will ship your order directly to your customer.
If you do decide to carry stock then you will receive an extra discount off the cost of each AcuGraph.
Each Reseller Partner will receive their AcuGraph for demonstration purposes at 25% below the advertised price.

Will I have access to all of AcuGraph Europe’s products?
Yes. You will have access to all our products for sale across Europe. This includes the AcuHerb line of Chinese herbal supplements for use with AcuGraph, the Qi Pulse lasers, and all other items we stock. If you have access to additional product which AcuGraph Europe believe will compliment our existing products AcuGraph Europe would be happy to discuss its inclusion in our product mix. However the decision on which products appear in the AcuGraph Europe group of web sites is at the sole discretion of AcuGraph Europe.
Who pays for shipping?
As shipping is direct to each customer it is paid for as part of the purchase of their Items. Where applicable VAT will be deducted once a valid EU VAT registration number is provided. If you are taking stock to hold then you as the Reseller will be liable to pay the appropriate shipping charges.
In what languages is AcuGraph available?
AcuGraph is currently available in English and Spanish. Other languages will be added in the future. Other inventory items are currently only in English. As our Channel Partner network expands, we expect to meet language demands as it becomes economically sensible to do so. It is AcuGraph Europe’s intention to facilitate the AcuGraph Manufacturers endeavors to create international multi language versions of AcuGraph. AcuGraph Europe would encourage its Reseller Partners to assist in this endeavor by providing the translation of the AcuGraph Application to their native language. This will further help to leverage sales in each territory.
Am I expected to provide support services to my clients?
As an AcuGraph European Reseller you will be expected to provide "Front Line" support to your clients. In the event of a customer having an issue with one of our products they will contact you first. If you cannot resolve the issue you will escalate the issue to us using our Help Desk System. The reason for this is that we provide support in English Only. As your clients may or may not speak English, you as they Reseller Partner will be in a better position to provide accurate and timely support. All clients can of course report any problems directly to AcuGraph Europe and we will honor all client support entitlements. Please note that AcuGraph Europe only provides support in English.
What kind of support can I expect from AcuGraph Europe?
Excellent support! By creating the European Reseller Network, we are ensuring we have time and resources to devote to your success. We will provide help with website needs, customer issues, policies and procedures, and anything else you may need to run your business successfully. We will also provide technical support to you so you can provide it to your customers. We recognize that our success is dependent on yours.
How will my commissions be paid?
As a AcuGraph European Reseller Partner you can earn commission on any sales that you pass to us either via Web Link or Referral. These commissions are only applicable when an Affiliate Link is used or when the client enters your "Unique Partner Code" during the Checkout Process. When a customer has completed a sale they will be associated to you and any commissions due to you will be sent to you via PayPal after 30 days. We only offer PayPal Settlements due to the high charges associated with International Bank Transfers. If you do not have a PayPal Account you should register at www.paypal.com
